I think pediatrics is such a unique and rewarding specialty. I enjoy being able to promote an active and healthy lifestyle and encourage the importance of preventive medicine into adulthood. I often feel that I learn just as much from my pediatric patients as they do from me – and that is a very positive and rewarding feeling to take home each day.
