I strive to give world class cardiac surgery in a friendly, down to earth environment. I work meticulously to give the best outcomes for every patient!I am the Medical Director of Cardiothoracic Surgery for Saint Alphonsus. I am specialty trained in cardiothoracic surgery, specifically in minimally invasive valve repair and replacement. I have performed over 2,000 valve surgeries including 1,000 AVR and 1,000 mitral repairs. I was the first surgeon in the US to perform commercial TAVR as well as the first in the US to perform Transcatheter Mitral Valve Replacement (Tendyne).
